Semja millum Starvsfelagið, Kommunala Arbeiðsgevarafelagið og Fíggjarmálaráðið

Kommunala Arbeiðsgevarafelagið og Fíggjarmálaráðið hava í dag undirskrivað semju við Starvsfelagið um ein 3 ára sáttmála, galdandi frá 1. oktober 2021 til 1. oktober 2024.

Semjan inniber, at lønirnar hækka soleiðis:

  • Tann 1. januar 2022 hækka lønirnar við 1,25 %.
  • Tann 1. oktober 2022 hækka lønirnar á lønarstigunum 1-20 við 740 krónum og á lønarstigunum 21-50 við 540 krónum.
  • Tann 1. oktober 2023 hækka lønirnar við 2,75 %.

Hetta svarar til ein samlaðan lønarkarm á 6,2 % yvir 3 ára skeiðið.

Umframt lønarbroytingarnar eru ymiskar broytingar gjørdar í sáttmálunum millum ávikavist Kommunala Arbeiðsgevarafelagið og Starvsfelagið og Fíggjarmálaráðið og Starvsfelagið.
